When to use ALBIMAG®

ALBIMAG contains magnesium. A combination of the following symptoms may indicate a magnesium deficiency:

• Nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, temporary fatigue, minor sleep disturbances

• Anxiety-related manifestations such as digestive spasms or palpitations (in a healthy heart)

• Muscle cramps, tingling sensations

Magnesium supplementation may help improve these symptoms. Dietary supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and should not be considered substitutes for a varied and balanced diet.

Usage instructions: 1 to 3 tablets per day, preferably with meals.
Treatment duration: 3 months, renewable.

It is recommended not to exceed the daily recommended dose.
