When to use ALBIFER 120®

Iron helps normalize hemoglobin levels and supports red blood cell formation.
Iron deficiencies mainly occur during periods of growth, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and heavy menstruation, and may be accompanied by general fatigue, dizziness, increased susceptibility to infections, hair loss, and brittle nails.
Dietary supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Directions for use: 1 to 2 capsules per day, preferably with meals.
Recommended course: 3 months, renewable.
