Indications for use of ALBIFER 60MG®

Iron helps to normalize hemoglobin levels and supports the formation of red blood cells.
Iron deficiencies mainly occur during periods of growth, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and heavy menstrual bleeding, and can be manifested by general fatigue, dizziness, increased susceptibility to infections, hair loss, and brittle nails.
Dietary supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet.

Directions for use
1 to 2 capsules per day, preferably with meals.
Recommended course: 3 months, renewable.

It is advised not to exceed the recommended daily dose.
