LOVIK 500MG BOX OF 10

LOVIK is indicated in adults for the treatment of the following infections:
· Acute bacterial sinusitis.
· Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis.
· Community-acquired pneumonia (as second-line therapy).

For the above-mentioned infections, LOVIK should only be used when the antibiotics usually recommended for the initial treatment of these infections are considered inappropriate.

· Chronic bacterial prostatitis.
· Anthrax disease: post-exposure prophylaxis and curative treatment.

LOVIK may also be used as a follow-up to initial intravenous treatment with levofloxacin in patients who have shown clinical improvement.
