1/ Gastroesophageal reflux (GERD):

– Treatment of erosive esophagitis caused by reflux
– Maintenance treatment and prevention of recurrence after healing of reflux esophagitis
– Symptomatic treatment of gastroesophageal reflux

2/ In combination with appropriate antibiotic therapy:
– Eradication of Helicobacter pylori for healing of duodenal ulcer in case of H. pylori infection
– Prevention of recurrence of gastro-duodenal ulcer in case of H. pylori infection

3/ Patients requiring continued non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) therapy:
– Healing of gastric ulcers associated with NSAID use
– Prevention of gastroduodenal ulcers associated with NSAID use in at-risk patients

4/ Treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome:
– Adolescents aged 12 years and older
